The Guess Who is a legendary Canadian band who enjoyed chart topping hits in the late 60s and early 70s with an impressive catalog of songs including “American Woman,” “These Eyes,” and “No Time.” With their 1970 album, American Woman, landing number one in Canada and number nine in the United States, The Guess Who have spanned multiple generations with five other albums hitting the top ten in Canada. The current bandmembers are Derek Sharp (lead singer), founding member and co-owner Garry Peterson (drummer), Michael Staertow (lead guitarist) Greg Smith (bass guitarist), and Teddy Andreadis (keyboards).

Very few bands have survived numerous member changes over 50 years, and go on to build a fan base that spans multiple generations while continuing to create more great new music.
The most recent and up-to-date version of the band has mastered a wildly entertaining romp through the early hits mixed in with their current creations, while managing to take the whole experience to a new level. Their most recent musical offering is stunningly sophisticated, searingly emotional, and musically eclectic, while remaining eminently singalongable.

It’s very Beatles/Jellyfish sounding. I like it the only thing is that I wish they didn’t go by the name the guess who. When the drummer no matter how good he might be is the only original member in the band I don’t think it can honestly be called the guess who. How about The Gary Peterson Experience? Again the song is good and performed very well but I’m not digging the name. Sorry.
Sounds more like BonJovi than the Guess Who. Due to the legalities and lack of access to the legendary songs, they should bill themselves now as You Guessed It or even Who Guessed It? i'll see them with a name change

But please update me here: so...as is typical of 'this era's band lineups....this is just some 'new guys'....keeping the name alive, and continuing the original legacy, ala Foreigner and others? I love this song. It has a major 'Jellyfish' vibe to it. ( the video, as well) But....who is the Drummer and why is he reminding me of someone? and..... of course, 'Who ( see what i did there?) are the other two blokes? ( singer, and other guy) and lastly.....we are then left to assume Burton has nothing to do with his former 'namesake', at this time in his life, yeah? Thank you.
